FPL Transfer Tips for Gameweek 32: Who to Buy, Hold & Sell

The international break is over and GW32 brings with it a double gameweek for three teams. Your transfers this week could define your mini-league season. Here's who to bring in, who to keep, and who to move on from.

FPL Transfer Tips for Gameweek 32: Who to Buy, Hold & Sell

The Context: Double Gameweek Changes Everything

Three teams play twice in GW32:

  • Brighton
  • Manchester United
  • Liverpool

If you don't own players from these teams, this is the week to act. Players with two games have double the chances to accumulate points — and that edge compounds over the next few gameweeks too.

Who to BUY This Week

Bruno Fernandes £10.3m | MID | Man Utd ✅

Since Carrick took over: 83 points in 10 games. He's the best mid-premium in the game right now and Man Utd have a double gameweek with two home fixtures their strongest venue.

The case against: he's expensive at £10.3m. But if you can fit him in, he's worth the budget squeeze.

Buy if: You want the highest ceiling in GW32.

Virgil van Dijk £6.3m | DEF | Liverpool ✅

Van Dijk is quietly one of the most consistent FPL assets in the game. In his last 3 gameweeks: 35 points (2nd highest among all defenders).

Liverpool play Fulham at Anfield in GW32. Clean sheet potential is high, and he threatens from set pieces. At £6.3m he frees up budget for premium midfielders and attackers.

Buy if: You need a reliable defender who attacks set pieces.

Danny Welbeck £6.2m | FWD | Brighton ✅

Brighton have won 4 of their last 5, conceded only 3 goals, and play twice in GW32. Welbeck has scored 4 goals in 5 matches.

He's the best-value double gameweek forward available at £6.2m he's almost free in FPL terms.

Buy if: You need a forward and want double gameweek coverage.

Dominik Szoboszlai £7.0m | MID | Liverpool ✅

Liverpool's most reliable starter not named Salah. Szoboszlai plays every game when available, and Liverpool face Fulham at home in GW32. He creates, he scores, he assists.

Good option if you want Liverpool DGW coverage but can't afford Van Dijk + Ekitike.

Buy if: You want mid-priced Liverpool coverage.

Who to WATCH (Not Yet)

Anthony Gordon £7.3m | MID | Newcastle

Newcastle face Crystal Palace in GW32 away which dampens the appeal. But Gordon is a penalty taker, plays high in the system under their current setup, and is building momentum.

Wait for: Home fixtures and confirmation of his penalty duties before investing.

Jarrod Bowen £7.5m | FWD | West Ham

Bowen faces Wolves at home in GW32 and is West Ham's most dangerous forward by a significant margin. He's been creating more chances than any other forward over the last 6 weeks.

If you need a differential pick with a winnable fixture, Bowen delivers.

Buy if: You want a non-DGW player with a great home fixture.

Transfer Priority This Week

If you have 1 free transfer:

If you have 2 free transfers:
